I believe that any funding raised by COD. will be used to explore property that COD has a stake in. Their JV. with Kg gives them a stake in the property that kg. had before cod. was created. COD has a huge land package and only controls 100% of part of this land package. They have JV. the rest with a few of the other companies in the Hughes group. COD is the principle operator of this land package. The kg. property has huge diamond potential, and they have already discovered diamonds on it. If they find an economical diamond discovery both companies will share in the wealth.
