Nithi Mountain Moly Property Drill Results

CALGARY, Nov. 20, 2007 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) --

Leeward Capital Corp. (TSX-V: LWC) is pleased to announce additional results from its Nithi Mountain Moly Project. This program has systematically delineating one zone (Gamma) in a large porphyry moly system with the objective of calculating an NI 43-101 preliminary resource at the conclusion of the current drilling program. The Gamma Zone, as defined by drilling thus far measures approximately 1,000m long by over 500m wide and remains open towards the north, south and to depth.

In addition to Gamma, drilling on another zone, the West Gamma Zone, was completed in order to discover either a new zone or the fault offset of the Gamma Zone.

Three additional drillholes are to come to complete the initial evaluation of the Gamma Zone.

Further drilling in January is planned to test Delta, Sigma And Theta located toward the north and east.

QA/QC procedures are followed throughout the drilling and all analyses are being completed by Loring Labs Ltd. in Calgary. Delays in assaying core samples are due to the large volume of the split NQ core samples.

Gamma Zone results are significant in that they establish a broad area of porphyry moly mineralization suitable for mining by open pit methods on Nithi Mountain. The excellent infrastructure available for mining, including the proximity to a major road system (Hwy-16), power, the Village of Fraser Lake, and road access considerably reduce the cost of developing such a moly deposit and as such would allow exploitation of a lower grade.

Steady, significant progress is being made in identifying a large open pit porphyry molybdenum deposit on Nithi Mountain. The results received thus far on Gamma have expanded the resource base along the strike and the width of this zone. The current drilling will be completed by the end of November.
