We know that someone known as Anonymous1 has been selling off a lot of LBE stock for a long period of time. Many people feel that this is being done to manipulate the stock.

My first question to Dr. Gary Nash has 3 parts:

• Do you know who Anonymous1 is;
• If so, can you disclose it;
• Do you know what Anonymous1's residual holdings in LBE are, and can you disclose so we can judge how much longer this might be going on?

My second question is: What is your opinion on why the stock price has dropped so much over the last few months?
