You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
When I read that, I thought that there were two factors here:
1) Great to see the confidence they have in the company, and
2) Did they ever get a bargain.
Maybe there was some orchestration on share transfer at lower prices so the performance of the mutual fund looks better later? If so, it could explain why they would want to remain Anonymous1.
