Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
Liberty, honestly what do we care about their methods. We have to look at our own methods. We are on the cusp of going one way or the other. For us, the key is to getting McWatters producing and of not having the price of Ni collapse.
None of us have particularly liked the financing but we as shareholders complained so bitterly about any level of financings being done that we missed the opportunity. Now the credit market is in a shambles and we know we must get the financing. As far as our mill and mines being used as collateral (guarantee on the loan) what did we expect? When we put a mortgage on our home or buy a car, do not the lenders demand collateral? This is no different. The interest rate is high- but I suppose business is business and if they are going to lend us this much we are obviously not a candidate for the best rate. Well, lets get the darn thing paid off.
My mother used to say - it is not what you say - but how you say it. You do not like ISM and do not think twice about calling them down. I do not trust them - but that is for very different reasons. Sometimes I think you need to hold the cards closer to your chest and let them be. Numerous people on this board have commented about our two companies and the amount of bashing we have seen. I do not want the bashing on this board. It ties up blog upon blog responding to each other and nothing gets done.
We are mostly shareholders on this board or people interested in following this company. I feel I want to protect our household's investment. This company has tremendous potential and I want to be here to benifit from the rewards. This means I want an increase in our perceived sentiment.
I respect your postings. I think you know a great deal about this company. My mind is not nearly so quick. I see things simply but in each of our own ways we wish success to Lbe and although our opinions may differ we still benefit from our differences and share in everybodies' strengths.
