Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
I see three main hurdles we must overcome.
1st - close the financing
2nd - get into preproduction at McWatters
3rd - get into full production at McWatters.
The market may recognize us somewhat at any of these levels. For us the 3rd is the most important. There is the final guage which is the financials of us in Sep, Dec and Mar 09.
Our hit actually started in the summer with the summer sell off and the announcement that McWatters would be postponed until the fall. Then we saw the delay in permitting, the selloff of expiring warrants in Oct/Nov and then in Dec tax loss selling. Everything has been exacerbated by the mortgage credit fallout in the States and the whole economic environment.
In terms of recognition in the stock price - we have to look toward when the demand for shares will rise. There are many of us in the same boat but we are not selling and are just waiting things out. They used to say that we ride on the sentiment of the institutions. We have seen a sell off of shares and for every seller there was a buyer and I suspect many individuals and institutions are fully stocked.
Recognition of the share price will occur when the people who have decided to drive down our share price decide they want to trigger a higher share price. You will see the shorts at the end of the day disappear and you will see the price set up each day instead of down. This will drive up the different statistical indicators and you will see our share price rise.
