B1 is right to call you on your statement: Opinions are fine, but don't state them as fact if you have nothing to back them up. Without something to back up your "facts", you are just making conjectures on personal opinion. It could indeed prove to be that you are right, but right now you are just guessing at a possible outcome for the company; so be careful what you label as "fact".
