Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
Quagmire,
Your statement "the fictional possibility of not being able to open pit the L-2 zone because of the proximity of the other mine is just that: Fiction? It was something Liberty/Millright kept throwing up on many occasions on SH. It has long been proven that it was a blatant lie and totally unsupported by fact or reality."
I disagree with your statement and believe there could be evidence that may show ISM cannot fully open pit L-2 without crossing onto LBE property. If so, that could affect your numbers drastically and I am sure there are many investors that would be interested in this information.
If you have time, go back and read my posts on Nov1-4th 2007 on stockhouse. It was in regards to Rocksolid getting his hands caught in the cookie jar when he shared his insider details of a possible property swap between ISM and LBE regarding the L1- L2 confidential property exchange discussions. I contacted LBE and posted what management said.
It is my opinion that ISM might be concerned they will not be able to open pit and mine the L-2 the way they want. I am sure we will find out in time, but I ask the question why was ISM even bothered with a property swap if they dont think there may be a problem. Maybe you can get confirmation from ISM management that they will have no problem whatsoever open pitting the entire ISM L-2 zone and post it.
A couple of posts ago you said you liked the Agoracom site because personal comments are left out of posts. Your ending paragraph states Liberty/millright 'lied' about this information. This is totally false. Liberty had nothing to do with it. It came from an insider of ISM that had contact with ISM personel at that meeting. Maybe you should be a man and apologize.
Best
