Perhaps the following article I found today might also add to the speculation as to why FNI's sp is as low as it currently is:

The header read 'poison pill' so I had to look through it as LBE has a poison pill clause - the article makes it sound as if unless the fni shareholders vote on maintaining the poison pill clause into effect that it will be null and void.... very strange as that would mean that fni could be taken over and it appears to have their pres's permission this is just how I read the article. Not quite sure whose best interest is being carried out at FNI.
