Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
I Found your figures very interesting. By 4th quarter I assume we are making money and since basically the revenue is being split between this year and next I see us having a profit by year end. Lets hope everything works on schedule.
The big unknowns for us will be about what properties we will be advancing. McAra, they still want to do drilling on and as Gary said earlier, he would like to attain a 43-101 on. This has always been a key property but McWatters has been a means to an end. We are using it to generate a revenue stream to advance our other properties. Groves is also a very interesting property. A large land area has been staked so we are all ready to explore it. What I saw in Hart, was the ability of staff to aggressively drill to outline a deposit. I believe this ability will stand up to the demands of future drilling. This does not even consider the rest of our property.
When you look at the land between McWatters and Galatta they are already talking about the Komatiite flows. Now imagine that we can discover the sulphides on these two properties. This is one of the fundamental ideals behind ISM mineralization between Langmuir 1 and 2. Its a relatively flat source and nickel draws the sulphur out of iron formations which bonds with Ni and flows and later gloms with sulphur. Now ISM shows us that they consider it a open pittable resource (or at least a ramp). In Feb 07 news release #4, they refer to grab samples of a surface exposure which yielded 5-7% Ni. Now grab samples of surface exposure are notorious for testing the best of the best but look at ISM, GCR, and the number of prospects out there still open to explore. Lbe has 6 geologists all working for us. VTEMs have been flown over our properties and I for one believe in the potential to find some more highly prospectous properties.
In conclusion, the financials you provided Asuna shows that we will prove successful as we advance the property. The geology I believe could give us some exciting results.
