1. Yes. A number of LBE followers have contacted us privately and suggested two members to be appointed as Hub Leader. One of those members is Wanderer5 who politely accepted. We have not heard back from the second member.

2. There is nothing written in stone with regards to appointing a Hub Leader. In an effort to keep the Hub's as active as populated as we can as well as reward our members who are activeley looking to contribute but do not have access to important tools on Shareholder Communities.

Provided there posting history is qualitative and they are well respected community members (in terms of their five star rating), AGORACOM will promote them to the next level.

3. If a member makes 100 or more posts on a particular Hub they will be appointed Hub Leader. Please note that this does not include deleted messages, violations, ignores or anything else that counts against your ranking; for example you will not achieve President or Vice President status simply by making 100 or more posts on any Hub within our community.

Ones rating also is plays a factor in automatic promotion (as you have correctly pointed out, a member must have a rating of 3.5 or more).

4. Again there is no stated policy. If a member has not yet achieved President status yet has showed us through their contributions within the community that they will do a great job we will promote them to the next level in an effort to give them the tools necessary to populate the Hub's photo and Link Library's, update Fast Facts and help other members remove disruptive posters.

5. If you are referring to Wanderer5's rating, his rating is 3.7.

The list can become quite lengthy. Popular boards are more than likely to have more than one Hub Leader. This works to benefit all members within the community as there are more than one sets of eyes keeping a look out for disruptive members, manage violations update the link library with new maps et al.

If another Hub Leader is appointed it is not due to fears or lack of confidence or disrespect towards ones contributions; it is rather an attempt to assist you in maintaining the highest quality of posts within the LBE main discussion board. During the past two weeks a large number of messages were reported and removed as violations.

We are deeply saddened to see LBE's main discource deteriorate such greatly over the past few weeks. We feel that by having two or three Hub Leaders in this community will help ease the situation and we hope to see regular debate and conversation return to the highest quality as before.

Again we would like to stress the fact that by appointing an additional Hub Leader to the LBE Hub is not an indication of trust on your behalf. We believe that two Hub Leaders are better than one and will help the LBE community grow as it has with countless other Hubs within AGORACOM.
