Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
Hi John
I guess I don't see things quite the same way. I see our mill running at full capacity handling Hart/Redstone/McWatters and at the same time as a joint venture partner (with 50% of the costs as well as revenue) processing the Sothman Property. Conversely it could also be 100% owned by us (depending on Xstrata's decision) having Xstrata mill the Ore. FNX follows exactly that scenario. UMJ is fully permitted to build a mill and are following that route and FNI is going that way too. It would cost UMJ $105 million dollars to build their mill. Now if Hart yields more ore and we decide to increase our capacity we can still move forward and develop it too.
Our mill is limited to 2000 tpd. The companies ambition is to grow beyond this. This project is more advanced then most of our other properties. Advanced represents drilling and time. With this property we acquired the database, movies, notes etc on it. This property has likely saved us at least 2-3 years of work on it.
