To further add mud to the waters, according to the Financial Post and Bloomberg, it is between ISM and Stockhouse...

"The case is between Inspiration Mining Corp. v. Stockhouse Media Inc., 07-cv-345122, Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Toronto)."

I don't understand, but I suspect that the case referenced had to do with getting the names behind the aliases.
