I get the feeling members want the free exchange of ideas. Bluenoser's post was in support of this. In managing the violations I deleted it out by mistake (still learning the job). I have left all violations untouched because I wanted everyone to see all sides of the argument.

Since this is the wish of the majority of lbe posters then if beerbelly's and whaler's posts are condusive to the discussion they are not a violation.

We all felt shocked and threatened by the ISM courtcase against some of our members. Please, lets grow beyond this situation and take a post at face value and enjoy our various discussion threads.
