i think someone somewhere has an agenda to keep this stock under .70 cents..it seems to be a wall the stock is hitting. If you look back several weeks it has not suppased .70 cents. Even if there is good volumn with most trades going off the ask there seems to be an unlimited amount of shares for sale at .70 and under. As soon as you think its going move up someone just keeps throwing them out there at these prices. I dont think there are that many ,institutions included, that are so willing to sell at a lose
