FROM GARY: I have heard Jim puplava's account of manipulation & he is very infoformative.I called the TSX regulation services months ago as I,like you, have seen some unusual trading,but nothing seems to have come from that. I don't know Mr.Sinclair.Do you have some quick background on who he is ? Thanks Gary.
