Why is it so important to reach the sill? Because it means that we are actually at the level to mine at the preproduction level. Now they must make their central hallway that the machines can operate at. From the sill they will create rooms that they will remove the ore from.

Now, how can we still think of doing full production in Dec? As I understand it, we may not get the ramp all the way down to the richest ore but the intermediate level is still attainable. So if by Dec we are at that level then that is where we will initiate full production.
