John , I don't get it either. You look at the declining share price and low volume and you wonder : where are the new investors going to come from for the SP to increase? Even with pre-prod right around the corner. I am thinking, does the market really not believe Gary's and Liberty's intentions on bringing this co. to pre and full prod.? Because if they are promoting and at these prices, we should e seeing more buying. But maybe because this stock is so weak right now they believe they can pick away at it for a while and maybe have been with the many delays that have come up.
