- seems to me that the oil industry wants to keep the supply inbalance. The unique thing about this refinery was that more oil was going to be processed in Canada. Could this mean that maybe Canadians / North Americans might not need as much of the OPEC supply. The middle east for all their love/hate relationship do want our money.
- I have found this same theme in Moly and Gold - big projects having difficulty. Two cases in point Nova Gold's Galore Creek - shelved for escalating costs and Adanac Molybdenum having trouble with financings. Both large projects.
- I wonder sometimes if those that control the money may also decide where they want the money to be made and at what time.
