What We Do
1. We provide confidential counsel to senior management about how parts of the business are really operating and how current management could improve; we assess the capability of current operating management to deliver improvement.
2. We identify ways to increase revenue & reduce cost and build the appropriate business case for change.
3. We discover ways to capitalize on synergies arising between businesses, companies, business units, plants, operations, and business processes from a merger-acquisition; or simply arising from senior management's desire to find synergies to improve the bottom line in their business.
4. We conduct "Rapid Operation Assessments" on behalf of an existing, or would-be investor to determine whether it is under performing and why, and provide:
