Before I even follow your link I have a couple of questions.

"The lease starts Sept 01/07 and expires 21 yrs later Aug 31/08"

Is this some sort of new official Canadian math? Surely it's Aug 31/28.

"Afterall the running around for claims and drilling and what not over at the ISM site, we came across the Ontario Ministry of Northern Developement and Mines for the claim info".

Most posters I believe, type from their home or office and not as a "we". Where is your site and who is the we that are there?
