Not sure about the value of any claims on or around L2. We do know that the ramp incurred a cave in many years ago. With the strict environmental laws in place, people I know in the industry say it would take millions and many years for anyone to reopen that area. Lots of assumed liability in my opinion. Maybe ExSudbury can add some expertise to this.
