I totally agree with you Traps7

There would be a premium to pay on the warrants if the stock price averages above .20 cents before closing of the financing. In my opinion, it will be held or pushed down until it closes this week sometime. Other than that, I believe LBE has held up very strong considering all the mess in the markets.
