I have a couple questions.

1) Isn't this NR essentially answering what may seem as "redflags" to any investor looking over the company and doing a little DD on their own?

2) Why does this come out now in the week that I expected there was goiong to be a financing closing?

3) Is it possible that some of the folks buying into this latest financing asked questions?
