I can tell you what my motive is Buxom1. It is not losing my shirt.

I would not be so interested in this NR if the financing was a done deal. Then it would simply be a case of dotting i's and crossing t's to clean up a bit of untidiness. 6 months to the NI 43-101 means nothing if we have the money to get to full production.

But until the financing is secure, I will remain very interested in whether or not the need to issue this clarification will impact getting that money or not.
