As I see things

The discussions of late have been very interesting to read - my take on the latest nr is that:

  • lbe mgmt. issues nr's to update their shareholders in a timely manner - not only for this issue but for other issues as well.
  • unless stated otherwise time will tell whether or not the financing will be taking place - so have patience.
  • at times timelines get delayed whether it be with financings, 43-101 reports, vtem studies or other technical type reports - a couple of days' grace might be prudent - however if something is well over a month in delay or longer then this might be a strong red flag for concern but it has not been my experience with LBE that they would keep their sh waiting without a release of a nr relaying this info their way.

Not quite sure about you but I would much rather have a mgmt. team which updates its shareholders on a continuous and regular basis vs. keeping its shareholders in the dark.

Question to ask is why so much interest with this latest nr - it is from my perspective stating that past NI 43-101's aren't going to cut it for getting a current NI 43-101 on the same properties - this seems pretty standard to me.

The other question that is coming to mind is why so much interest from folks who normally from my observation don't show as much concern as they do now - as with everything I question people's motives.

I look forward to reading in the next while that the financing has completed and then hopefully all this deflectioin/speculation will subside.

Happy Trails,
