Scod, I follow your argument that financing terms would be changed. I look at the financing now in terms of that we need it and until I see the closing of the financing terms I find that nothing is hard and fast. I prefer our company to survive so this time I accept the result. As to the bad news of the third quarter, I think everyone knows it will be bad. The price of Ni supports this premise.

Should Gary be accountable. Yes. I think any leader (president ) knows that he is accountable to the shareholders. I suspect he has looked at what he should have done but did not do. I also suggest you talk to him and voice your thoughts. He does listen. I think he cares a great deal about this company and works very hard to benefit all of us but right now the economy is a big saboteur.

As a shareholder I appreciate and respect your view point.
