It would appear as if you are coming to this posting with the assumption (as I read it and if I am way off base then please disregard) that we lbe shareholders are going to lose out to debt holders - I think the more prudent thing to do would be to wait to read what the next nr brings forth as it has been my experience that lbe mgmt. keeps their sh well informed and is transparent in its business activities - just my take on things.
