...i have a copy of the CRA flow through in front of me, and i must say after reading over several times, it seems to contradict it self from pg to pg and rule to rule. This one rule leaves one to wonder. The JEC may elect to renounce in favour of a shareholder corporation an agreed amount of these expenditures. The related corporation is then permitted to deduct from its income the expenses renounced ( transferred ) by the JEC. In addition to this outright renunciation, the JEC may transfer Canadian exploration and Development expenditures to holders of certain shares who may claim these as a deduction for income tax purposes. I DON"T know if this makes any sense to you , as it is confusing to me. I am sure that Dr. Nash is looking at different avenues to arrange financing and i am sure he has the share holders best interest in mind. My-self, looking at this play from a mining perspective, i am sure glad to enter at these low prices. Traps7
