Last night Gary and I talked. He mentioned that they were working on redoing the Ni43-101's in terms of present Ni prices. He also said they hired an independent financial firm to examine the different offers that are submitted to the company. I take today's news to be that firm and it is very understandable that a committee headed by the chairman would be working with them. I never talked about share consolidation or what funding is occurring right now. We have to take each step at a time.
