John, we cannot do this deal on our own. We were under capitalized and when our deal fell through - well the rest is history. We are up for sale, merge, or what ever and that is the best for all of us unfortunately. I think we bring to the table a great land package and if we can make a company bigger and better, then I think we can be proud of that too!
