Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
JES et al congrats on being up 37.5% today +.015 to close at .055. Not much in terms of volumes at less than 200K but who knows, maybe its the daytraders playing around?
As for our Nickel inventories, I think it's simply a matter of time. The production cuts and curtailments are probably slightly nullified in the near term because of suppliers liquidating anything they had to sell as quickly as possible to be the first one to the gates and try and nail down a better price and put cash in the bank. As we all know cash will be king for everybody. Oh hows the pendulum swings? Remember when we though Nickel substitution and possible the recycly markets were something to worry about? Now you can't give Nickel away..........LOL
By now we should see the selling of on-hand supplies basically at nil, combine that with the production cuts and HOPEFULLY we are at less than demand? Are we? Most often when the shcmidt hits the fan like it has globally, many and most will sit tight to get a feel for what's going on. Once an assessment has been done, they can then plan their spending and global capital. Watch as most countries take a time out and do the interesting inhouse infrastructure projects etc. Watch as all types start looking for handouts and me-too's if the auto industry gets one.
The auto industry won't know if they are coming or going until well into the new year.
Good old supply and demand. If you are ever wondering where we are at, simply look at the price.
