John E Strom - On Friday there was anticipation that we would get news this weekend or Friday about our status. Well we did not get that news. To me - the requirement to clear our status with the commission was a minimum that needed to be met before a deal could be complete. We also need to see the amended Ni43-101 for our properties. For Redstone it will likely reflect the ore that has been taken out (I do not know since I have not seen it). How can any offer be finalized until everyone sees all the documentation? I may be totally out to lunch - and no, I have not talked to anyone about my assumptions - this is just my hunch.

Yesterday, the TSX was down about 600 points. Why should we be any different from everybody else? This waiting game stinks but it is the chance we have chosen to take.
