First, there has been no news release saying that there is a deal. When we went for our financing we all thought that we would get it. It sounded like a done deal on that press release. This is not a done deal. The people who owned Bell Canada shares thought they had a done deal. It fell through. What we do know is that we have no money and we have to have a deal. We also know that the BC securities commission picked us up on some infractions which had to be submitted to them by I believe the 8th December. Our Ni43-101s had to be submitted to them by that date. As to if anyone wants to buy us and assume our debt and if we get anything beyond that - your guess is as good as mine. I hoped it would be known by now but there has been no press releases. Nothing is guaranteed.
