Rasty,I just talked to GN and he confirmed the WSJ article.He pointed out that he HOPES to be able to reopen etc.He is still working hard on the financing,talking with some international firms.Gary was hopeful of getting something done in that regard and as JES stated,the opening of the mines is dependant on getting the financing in place.He has been wearing many hats with LBE and is at apoint of near exhaustion from the long hours and stress of the situation we and many mining firms find them selves in.He hasn't given up on LBE and obviously many of us are hanging in there with him.Cheers MF
