No Blue, I am not aware that a financing proposal is a seperate issue from required quaterly financial statements. Are you saying that someone can discuss the financial status of a company and see undisclosed financial statements that have NOT been issued to the public? Or are you suggesting that someone is willing to discuss various financial proposals without seeing any updated financial statements? I really do not know but either way do you not find that strange? If anyone does know what can and cannot be done I would be interested in knowing. Especially with only 3 days remaining to the deadline. Which IMO I expect nothing to really change except some update from the company. Best,
