Sarlock. it will definitely be interesting to see what they have come with and arrived at. The trading as of late has been unusual as well. A couple ways to look at it given what we know now. In these last two days of trading, did people want out or in? The uptick suggests more buying pressure than selling.
We read that there MAY be a cease trade order, which is effectively a halt. Does that mean that shareholders may have their hands tied and will eventually see a trade resumption only once the regulatory authorities are satisfied and there is compliance? ....if that occurs, there may be the possibility of a lot of pent up trade activity. Gap up or down? If as you say there is a change coming in terms of dilution as a result of the financing details, watch out when it does resume trading. It's all guess work until those financing details are revealed in a formal finalized release.
Further guess work will be trying to place a value on the stock as determined by the present markets. Is the life-blood of new financing and hope for the future enough to counter what may be viewed as possible negatives as of late and going forward?
Lastly how expensive was/is it to have the auditors complete the preparation of the audited financial statements?
