Correct on the AON orders, most folks would have been sent the info when it came out. I know I got my message through my trading service when it was about to go in effect in a mail out.

We were discussing "iceberg orders", Traps and I , but that is good to know also.

I guess the middlemen weren't making any money on AON's. I hated putting up a sell or a buy only to be hit with partial fills and paying the dang brokerage the fee for their valiant efforts to fill. Quite a racket. Although the better houses ( I say that loosely) will lump the fees together into the lesser if there is more than one trade made while attempting to fill a larger order. Thats been my experience at times.
