Sorry for the double post, I have said essentially what BeerBelly has said wrt OT posting here.

Wanderer that's a tough call, someone hands you 30 million bucks and you owed them 20 million previously, but in the mix is another creditor Salman who is owed a certain amount due in the fall or so. Do you hold back that money for them or do you spend it now in hopes of being able to mine full production? Will the Chinese be able to steer the ship having a 51% control position? Is there something in this for Salman right now??

Do you hope to raise that other money later? As you said the interest on that had been prepaid and has bought time. Time is a biggy here as that might mean the turn around in the economy or the base metals markets.
