There was no talk of dilution in that link...so don't make any assumptions until it is on paper. Complain about it when it is a fact. But even if there was at least there still is value in the X amount of shares for anyone who owns LBE. The future; who can predict where LBE can go and what will happen to other companies. I guess we can actually say we will wait and see.
