Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
I juggled money in my head - The Chinese paid about $0.35 a share. I thought we would lose about 50% of our company but we lost 51%. Now it does not say joint venture so I assume that if there are more pps the Chinese share of our company will decrease. JJNICL I suspect we will see more of in the board.
As far as working relationship goes - From the 2006 Annual statement
"In April, Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Company Lte of China graciously provided us prepayment of 44,000,000 US against nickel in concentrate which was to be produced for them within one year."
IMHO we have always had a good relationship with JJNICL. Why should this be any different. We need the money to pay back our suppliers and miners. SALMON I was told previously we have until Nov or Dec to pay back. We have working capital to get things started again. We are 3 mths away from full production of the high grade ore. This is not going to be easy for us but at least we are still around. These are not easy times and I think this is a pretty good deal. If I thought it was a bad deal I always have the choice to sell my shares. This is the stock market. I personally look forward to a much brighter future then what we have been staring at for months. This has been a long time coming.
This weekend we have had some time to digest the news. Next week we will see the full details. It will be interesting to see the next press release.
