I guess my question to those who own shares and are unhappy with the new deal are these :

1) Would you rather LBE goes bankrupt and your shares worth $0?

2) If there was a better deal out there ( given the timeline ) don't you think Gary would have taken it?

3) What kind of deal do you think LBE could get with their state of affairs? ( doesn't matter what happened in the past, etc...because theres nothing we can do about it now )
