Within LBE, I would also be interested to know if there are any CIC agreements or packages in place should there be some shuffling at the top? Sometimes the actual triggers can be what defines the true CIC. As this was a company looking for Partner/aid who knows if the CIC would even apply. Parachute packages etc?

It's all in those details we don't have and there is a lot of spec and guessing going on by many of us.
