Off the top of my head, I would have to ask myself what's changed since the day it halted?

Dilution is definitely on the top of the list........how much dilution for the common shareholders?

"Debt" has increased.

Risk? More or less? Some say the Chinese represent deep pocketed partners. Does that mean less risk?

Assets? Have they changed at all?

Cash? Is there any left over and if so, how it will it be spent?

Management? Will it change or not. If so, will change be for the better or worse?

Will the company be in or get to a position where they are producing Nickel from the mining? They must service their debt load and obligations both new and old.

The market will find a level for sure.
