Hi Traps,

With concerns to Groves….

“just curious to thoughts, on the black section of this VTEM, located in the north east section. T he historic 500,000 tons, seems pale, to this massive North East trending. Traps7”

The significance of magnetic highs depends on the type of deposit. Sounds like the magnetic high in this case is a gabbroic intrusive. As far as I know.. in an intrusive scenario.. when exploring for nickel… in many cases the nickel will have come up along side the magnetic highs (best grades/widths). You will notice the historic deposit is along side the magnetic high. The magnitude of the magnetics in this case I don’t think play a huge roll other then there is obviously some very intense geology in the black areas you speak of. Unfortunately they haven’t posted the EM (electromagnetic) portion of the VTEM survey. If they had you could easily overlay the two grids and get an idea of high EM along the magnetic intrusive.

In a VMS situation… the magnetic high plays a huge roll as you are typically looking for a magnetic high that directly corresponds with an EM high (the feeder pipe for the deposit).

The Groves property sound very interesting… we seen the LBE management team take the Hart and turn it into a mine able project/resource.

I think the positives to take away from the info on the web site for Groves is:

Ø shallow deposit (open pit mine able)

Ø limited historical work

Ø mine able grades vs depth

Ø we look to have a huge portion of the northeast/southwest intrusive structure

Ø historic grab samples of grab samples up to 4.6 oz Au per ton (nice bonus)

We have so many properties with potential!!!

Quaz
