I don't post here too often, but after watching the display of serious allegations against Dr. Nash, I thought I would pass on this site for your future reference. By Law, all insiders have to report to this site with 10 days of any transactions and dealings. This evidence will show quite clearly the allegations against Dr. Nash were without any Merit.

For those of you that are interested, here is the link to the Sedi site.Here you can get a complete list of all insider transactions for any company. This should clear the record once and for all.

It took awhile to figure out how to use the site. When I did it would not copy fully to my page to post here.

If you follow these instructions you will save alot of time and get the information much quicker than trying to figure it out.

When you bring up the site look to the top right and click "Access public filings"

Look to the left hand side and hit "View Summary Reports"

Scroll down and click Insider Transaction Detail and click Next

Look to the right and click “Starts with” then choose “Exact Match”

Look to the left hand box under identify insiders “select one”and use "Insider family name"

Type in "Nash" in the middle box on the same line

Scroll down going to “Optional Criteria” and select Equity and "Select all"

Hit search

3 Nash.s will come up

Click view on G.Nashand you will see every transaction to date.
