This is a fair question IMHO, is this a free exchange of information or it is not.

My question is

So what exactly does ... "Institute a manageable debt repayment plan" mean? Who is going to negotiate new terms with Jilin Jien? They already own 51% of LBE so who are they going to negotiate with, themselves?
