Nice to see in the presentation that Gary acknowlegded the May 25, 2011 Preferred deadline. It was nice to see a line drawn in the sand to pay off all the debt by the end of this year end too. But as you say Wanderer, the proof will only be in the financials. Nothing more, nothing less. Until then its a waiting game IMO.
