I still don't understand why you want to keep talking about ISM. I just suggest they may be a good takeover target for Jilin Jien because of their proximity and known resources at Langmuir 1. Once Jilin Jien takes over LBE, as I anticipate they will, they will be looking for more reserves to feed their Redstone mill in a few years. It’s a no-brainer ihmo.
