I am not sure what you are talking about, but you seem quite hostile about it. Please explain. I also don't recall telling anyone what my buy in price was. Sounds like a guess to me.

It matters if the $800,000 was paid off or not. If they didn’t, having only recently borrowed an additional $1,400,000 it basically proves what many of us have been saying regarding the debt spiral.
